General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and iq772 ("iq772," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the iq772 online gaming platform available at iq772.cam and all related services, applications, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on iq772, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

iq772 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") for online gaming activities in the Philippines. These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to relevant provisions of the PAGCOR Charter and applicable data privacy legislation under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. iq772 serves players primarily in the Philippines; all monetary amounts stated herein are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an iq772 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person, not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of iq772, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from iq772 or any other gaming platform operating under PAGCOR licensing.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. iq772 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, SSS Card, or PhilHealth ID).

iq772 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, consistent with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") regulatory requirements.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on iq772 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identification details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify iq772 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. iq772 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Account verification ("KYC") is required before iq772 will process any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include:

• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System Card)
• Philippine Passport (valid or within one year of expiry)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• SSS (Social Security System) ID
• PhilHealth ID

iq772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, iq772 may withhold balances pending investigation and report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on iq772 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. iq772 does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed from Philippine payment channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

Accepted payment methods include:

• GCash — Instant processing; minimum ₱100
• Maya (PayMaya) — Instant processing; minimum ₱100
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — Bank transfer; 30–60 minutes during banking hours
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — Bank transfer; 30–60 minutes during banking hours
• Metrobank — Bank transfer; 30–60 minutes during banking hours
• QR Ph — Instant processing; minimum ₱100

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. iq772 targets a processing time of under ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts, including weekends and Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time).

iq772 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all transactions. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. iq772 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it considers unusual or potentially suspicious, and may delay processing pending receipt and review of such documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

iq772 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotional communication.

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses offered by iq772 unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus funds and real money are maintained in separate balance categories; real money is wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• iq772 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• Players suspected of exploiting Bonuses through strategic play patterns ("bonus abuse") may have their Bonus forfeited and account reviewed.

VIP Program cashback payments made to players at Silver tier and above are credited as withdrawable real money — not as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements — except where a specific promotion states otherwise. Game Rules & Player Conduct

All games available on iq772 are operated in accordance with their respective official game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on iq772, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and accept them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iq772 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports betting markets.
• Using another player's account credentials to access the Platform.
• Any form of chip-dumping in poker or other card game formats.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward live dealer staff, support agents, or other players.

iq772 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring. If iq772 determines that a game result was affected by technical malfunction, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. iq772's determination of game malfunction is final.

Responsible Gaming

iq772 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations. Every iq772 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated through account settings or by contacting iq772 support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Session Time Limits: Notifications and automatic logout after a specified playing duration.

Intellectual Property

All content on the iq772 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation thereof ("Content"), is the property of iq772 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iq772 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content on iq772 without prior written consent from iq772.

Third-party game content — including games provided by JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, FC Gaming, Yggdrasil, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to iq772 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or extraction of such content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, iq772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of opportunity.

iq772 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. iq772 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.

iq772's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your iq772 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits iq772's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Use

iq772 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the iq772 Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

By registering an iq772 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations, including KYC and AML requirements.
• Provision of customer support services.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the iq772 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of iq772, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through iq772's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to iq772's Customer Support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. iq772 commits to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR, whose oversight role includes adjudicating complaints against licensed online gaming operators. Players may also pursue remedies through the competent courts of the Philippines.

Disputes regarding individual game outcomes are subject to the relevant game provider's technical records, which are considered final and binding in the absence of documented system error attributable to iq772.
